BODY BUILDER TRAINING

Do you want to learn how to train correctly and become a body builder, or even a competitor in the sport?

Do you want to learn how to break the body down, and build each muscle, fiber by fiber?

Do you want to understand what it takes to sculpt a world-class physique?

Then you must be hungry, be willing to stay hungry, want to push yourself to the limits of hard physical weight training, and be willing to explore the consciousness of the art and lifestyle of bodybuilding.

You will be taken in by Greg ("The Hammer") Reid, bodybuilding champion and top national competitor (’83 – ’95). I will teach you what you need to know about your own ability, and your ability to create a winning physique: from understanding the basic fundamentals of exercise and proper stretching techniques, to proper movements and the handling of weight. You will be taught how to train safely and injury free, and how to correct your body’s imbalance. This study also includes core training, and ball work.

You will be taught the fundamentals of proper eating to achieve a well-balanced tone/muscle physique. Also show prep posing and stage presence, for when you actually are ready to take it to the next level. This training/show prep will cover bodybuilding as well as fitness competition.

Men, women, young ladies, I welcome one and all to step up and bring yourself to a place of physical perfection. Everyone has the ability to get in great physical shape; the genetically gifted dare to test their mental strength and step on stage.
