PHILOSOPHY

Now that I finally have this 'laptop' I can begin sharing my experience and knowledge of health and fitness. It gives me great pleasure to be able to do that, and to know that I'm in a place in my life where I can settle down and put things on paper for others to read. My intent is to bring your physical consciousness back to the forefront of your daily life.

This is important to me because as we are all a part of this life, we must connect to and stay aware of our physical being. This is the true engine of our daily lives. Without good health and a balance of well being, life – in a word – sucks.

Exercise is the one thing we need in a foundation for proper living.
